Anne Sinclair has been a partner with Resource Associates, Inc. since 1989. She has a diverse background in organizational development, strategic planning, board development, meeting facilitation, and conflict management. With these skills, Anne has worked with family businesses, partnerships, not for profit organizations, and government agencies.
Prior to joining Resource Associates, Anne worked for sixteen years in the mental health and not for profit fields. In addition, Anne served for 20 years on Columbia City Council. During her tenure, she served as the Mayor Pro Tempore for two years and held leadership positions in the National League of Cities including the Board of Directors.
As a volunteer, Anne is a member of the Columbia Rotary and serves on the board. She also serves on the board of directors of 701 Center for Contemporary Art, One Columbia, the Congaree Land Trust and on McKissick Museum’s Advisory Council. In addition, Anne serves as the chair of the Lexington Richland Airport Commission. In 2005, she was awarded the Women of Distinction Award from the Congaree Girl Scout Council and has received the TWIN Award. In addition, she is an active member of Washington Street United Methodist Church, serving on the Board of Trustees, the Green Committee and teaching first and second grade Sunday School.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Winthrop University and a Masters Degree from Clemson University. She is married and has three adult sons.
