Joyce provides consulting services for clients in human resources management, community outreach, arbitration, mediation, research and development. She has 30 + years in leadership and management with several companies and state agencies. She has served in volunteer leadership roles in a number of organizations such as the Columbia Chamber of Commerce, Palmetto Place, the American Cancer Society, the Society of Human Resource Management, etc.
Joyce has received numerous awards and recognitions throughout her career. She is still actively involved in a host of activities and volunteer work including the SC Arts Foundation, the Charleston Food and Wine Festival and of course The New Morning Foundation. Joyce has a keen sense of concern for young women in today’s society and through education initiatives provided by New Morning hopes to be able to help stress the importance of planned versus unplanned pregnancies and the importance of reproductive health.
Joyce is a graduate of Benedict College with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting.
